Delivery
Our deliveries are dispatched to the account of and at the risk of the recipient. Each consumer (§ 13 BGB) is entitled to revoke subscription orders, which has been concluded exclusively by means of telecommunication, within 8 days after receipt of the delivery and/or of the first partial delivery, prices are subject to change.
Orders up to a value of 20,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping cost within Germany.
Conditions of Payment
Deliveries are dispatched to the account of the recipient; payment can be made also by direct debit or by Visa- oder Mastercard. The invoicing amount has to be transferred to one of our accounts within 10 days without any deduction.
Ownership
The publishing house retains the unrestricted ownership of all purchased merchandise up to complete fulfilment of all payment obligations by the purchaser.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right of withdrawal of your order within 14 days. In this case, packaging/casing of the returned product must not be detached.
Place of realisation, court of jurisdiction
The place of realisation for any claims out of the business connection between the customer and Verlag Königshausen & Neumann is in Würzburg. Any discrepancies we try to solve generously.
